Virginia Festivals and Events Association

The Virginia Festivals and Events Association is the only statewide organization serving individuals, organizations and businesses involved in the special event and festival industry. VFEA, a nonprofit association created nearly 20 years ago, provides workshops, seminars, vendor discounts, promotions and networking opportunities, as well as pertinent updates and information from local, state and national sources.

Our mission is to serve as the leading organization representing the special events industry in Virginia, and to provide a variety of unique resources, opportunities and benefits to the membership

Monitor legislation affecting the event industry.
Provide networking opportunities for events professionals and vendor members.
Provide educational opportunities for members.
Interact with the Virginia Tourism Corporation (VTC) on issues affecting events.
On request, evaluate member events.

One year annual membership for festival and event planners is only $125. VFEA also welcomes current students and offers a student membership for $50 (a photocopy of your current student identification must accompany your membership fee).
